After your father has enjoyed his morning on our 18-hole golf course, he can prepare to indulge at one of our many categorized food stations, including a breakfast corner featuring scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, and seasoned breakfast potatoes. Our seafood station offers a smoked salmon display, snow crab legs, steamed mussels and clams, and more.
We will also have a wide selection of entrees to choose from that appeal to just about anyone. Entrees include Korean Style Pork Ribs, Mesquite Salmon with Brown Rice Pilaf, and Stuffed Shells with Vodka Blush and Sauteed Garlic Spinach.
For the dads who are true meat lovers, our fathers day brunch will have a chef’s carving station as well as a grill station possessing some grilled favorites like hot dogs and salmon.
